Delivery Charges

Shipping costs vary depending on your order size, weight, and delivery location within Australia. The exact delivery charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Within Australia

Estimated courier times (excluding processing time):

• Major Cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 2–5 business days
• Regional Areas: 5–8 business days
• Remote/Rural Areas: Please allow an additional 2–3 business days

📦 Important: Please provide a secure residential or business address. We do not recommend shipping to construction sites due to potential damage or loss.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

International Delivery

We also ship worldwide via trusted courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, and Australia Post International.

• Estimated transit times: 7–14 business days (excluding order processing time)

Inspection of Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery before signing the Proof of Delivery form or courier device. By signing “Received in Good Condition,” you confirm that the goods are free from visible damage, which limits the ability to make a damage claim later.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, all customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.
Lumova Lighting is not liable for any additional charges required to release goods from customs after dispatch.

Storage Policy

Due to limited storage and insurance restrictions, completed orders can be stored for a maximum of three weeks after notifying you.

• A storage fee of AUD $50 per week applies thereafter and must be paid before delivery.

If an order remains unpaid after three months, Lumova Lighting reserves the right to retain products and cancel the order without refund.
