We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to offer exchanges or returns, provided the conditions below are met.
Rules for Exchanges & Returns
Australia Orders: All exchange or return requests must be made within 10 days from the invoice date.
International Orders: Requests must be made within 20 days from the invoice date.
Local Exchanges: You may exchange items in person at our Auckland boutique or arrange via our online portal at www.lumovalighting.com.
Return Requests: All return requests must be lodged strictly via our online portal.
Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
